The story is based upon three scripture readings which are symbolized as "three fragments" in this inspiring tale. The author introduces the reader to her childhood imaginary friend that takes on a much more realistic persona as the author gets older. As she ages, the fear of speaking to people grows and her isolation worsens, taking her into a world that she can no longer tell whether is real or imaginary. That is...until the end of the story.
This is an enjoyable spiritual read that is mixed with a bit of fantasy to prove a point. It uses symbolisms to project an image, shedding a deeper light onto the thoughts explored.
